Withdrawal Policy

In line with the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the customer (or a third party chosen by them, other than the carrier) physically receives the product.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To use your withdrawal right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear and unambiguous request sent by email to:

Please include in your message:

  • Full name

  • Email used to place the order

  • Order number

  • A clear statement confirming you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Once received, we will send you a confirmation email.

What Happens After Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is accepted, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may wait to process the refund until:

  • the returned product has been received, or

  • proof of shipment has been provided
    (whichever occurs first).

Returning the Products

You must send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal decision.

To prevent logistics issues, the return address is shared only after your withdrawal request has been validated by email.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

You may be held responsible for any reduction in the product’s value if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded by law, including:

  • personalized or custom-made items

  • products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened/unsealed after delivery
